Historic Brigham has exceptional facilities for a National Family Reunion, with a newly renovated Conference Center, an adjacent Hampton Inn, and a walkable and surprisingly intact historic district. Within 2 blocks of the reunion headquarters you'll find a dozen structures listed on or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints will also find the delightful Tabernacle (dedicated 1890) and the newly constructed Brigham City Temple, and several meeting houses nearby for Sunday worship.
Family members with other faith traditions will also find a wide range of worship options close by and be assured this is a family reunion without presumption of religious affiliation.
Historic Downtown also contains a delightful collection of unique shops, authentic local eateries, and a movie theater. It's a safe and family friendly community with a splash pad, swimming pool, and pickleball courts located close to downtown. One can easily ride a bike to the amazing Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and visit the James V. Hansen welcome center or cruise along one of the wide tree-lined streets close to downtown and visit one of the many beautiful city parks.
A historic walking tour will take place on the opening day of the reunion and several inexpensive excursions are being organized that will be of interest to all ages.
We've designed the reunion with families in mind and you'll find all the core activities are free of charge, although registration is required to help us understand infrastructure needs. We'll offer affordable food options and excursion choices as well to give you the flexibility to come and go as you wish. Please note that you'll need to purchase tickets in advance for the food and excursions we are planning to help us avoid unnecessary costs.
Utah's Famous Fruit Way (Old Hwy 89) leads right to the reunion and will provide a wonderful opportunity to experience world famous Brigham City Peaches. Be sure to plan your travels accordingly.
We encourage those with means to donate a small amount ($10 per person) to help offset those who might otherwise be unable to attend. You can do this on the registration page.
